I wish I had pictures, but I don't. I Initially use them to tie up smaller canes, and direct their growth, and later re-tied up canes as they got very large. I don't think I ever had any of this tape snap, it's very flexible and durable. Since it's stretchy, it doesn't strangle plants as they grow, there is some 'flex' as they grow in diameter.
I also had an issue with very top-heavy hot pepper plants flopping over, and I had to put some stakes in the ground, and tie the plants to stakes with this tape. Worked like a charm.
This is a very easy 5 stars for me, as there is a ton of it, doesn't damage plans, and is durable. Great product!
Ties tight to the poles and what le the plant slide down. Looking at you tomato plants.
The roll is big and will last you a long time. If you have a home garden it will last several seasons.
Recommended for gardens.
for this 4 mil product: i just can't think of too many things i can use this product on at my exhibition farm of 250 edible plants. heppy.org/plants. i end up double wrapping it; triple wrap for tomato plants.
yes, i ?should? know my mil's but have a life outside of tracking those details. i need durability -- durability is value. in the olden days, we could reused the green tape for years.
The tape itself is green, allowing it to visually integrate well with foliage and a lawn: No one needs plant tape to announce itself in a color other than green.
This is a simple, terrific product offered at a great value. I'd buy it again, but this 300 foot roll may just last my lifetime. - (Was this review of use to you? If so, let me know by clicking "Helpful." Cheers!)
